Overam Computing will not be required to provide any support for hardware or software that are not Overam products. Laptop LCD Screen Terms and Conditions
The Overam Dead Pixel Policy
If during the first 7 days after reception of your new laptop, you notice a defective pixel and inform us about it, we will replace the screen at no charge, other than the shipping expense TO and FROM Overam facilities. This policy applies to select models only. Please ask before purchasing to ensure the laptop you plan on purchasing is elligible.
 

 
Satisfaction Terms and Conditions
The Overam Satisfaction Guarantee policy
If for any reason you failed to be satisfied with your Mirage laptop computer, you may return it within 7 days after its original purchase. A 10 % restocking fee will be charged and will not be refundable. Overam will NOT refund the cost of opened Software. Overam will NOT refund the cost of accessories purchased with or without a laptop. Overam will NOT refund shipping costs. Overam will NOT refund bank or credit card processing fees. This return policy applies to select models only. Please ask before purchasing to ensure the laptop you plan on purchasing is elligible. Before returning any item, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be provided by Overam to you after you notify Overam of the problem. This RMA number MUST then appear on all communication and packages. An RMA number is valid for one week, thus you must return your defective product within one week after it has been issued.
 

 
Standard Default Manufacturer Warranty Policy Terms and Conditions
The Overam refund policy
This policy applies to Mirage laptops only. If for some reason, you decide to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been shipped to you, but the following requirements and restrictions will apply. You MUST immediately notify Overam that you wish to cancel your order, through our contact information page available here. A 10 % restocking fee will be charged to the customer, and will not be refundable. Overam will NOT refund the cost of other or additional accessories, purchased with or without a laptop. Overam will NOT refund shipping costs. Overam will NOT refund bank transaction fees, nor credit card processing fees. Please note that all of our laptops are custom built by a qualified engineer, with hardware components that are specific to each customer's requirements. Returns : No returns will be accepted without an R.M.A. Returns must include invoice copy. Claims for refund must be made within 5 days upon receipt on your product. 10% restocking fee for all returns of non-defective products. Between 6 and 10 days, returns of non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Beyond 10 days, no refund available. Accessories, shipping charges and open software packages not refundable. Bundled software is not licensed for separate sale. Over-clocking or opening computer voids product warranty (unless explicitly authorized by Overam in writing).

The 1-year Limited Warranty Policy
Overam stands behind its products. This warranty applies to Mirage laptops and covers hardware against defects of conception in materials for a period of One Year from the date of the original purchase. If you discover a defect, Overam will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the price of this product (at market's value), provided you return the defective item within the Warranty period. Before returning any item, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be provided by Overam to you after you notify Overam of the problem. This RMA number MUST then appear on all communication and packages. An RMA number is valid for one week, thus you must return your defective product within one week after it has been issued. This warranty applies to the continental United States of America. Warranty may differ for other locations. Please refer to the section "International Technical Support" or contact us if you have any questions. Most battery packs have a one-year standard warranty. Some battery packs have a 3-month warranty. Warranty may vary on battery modules on certain Mirage laptop models. Please ask to verify what the warranty is, on the battery of the laptop you plan on purchasing.

Mirage laptops purchased outside the continental United States of America benefit from the same warranty services. The Mirage notebook owner is entirely responsible for the coverage of the shipping costs TO and FROM Overam facilities. If you purchased your product through a dealer, the dealer should provide you with adequate support through his own logistical channel. We will always seek to help you reduce the costs of shipping. Thus, whenever feasable and applicable, we will attempt to get the products repaired as close as possible to where you are located. Before returning any item, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be provided by Overam to you after you notify Overam of the problem. This RMA number MUST then appear on all communication and packages. An RMA number is valid for one week, thus you must return your defective product within one week after it has been issued.
 

 
Laptop Parts Terms and Conditions
The Overam Extended Limited Warranty Policy

Overam Cares About Your Investment. Protect your investment. Protect your notebook with the Overam Extended Limited Warranty Service Contract. For a small fee based on the cost of your equipment, the Overam Extended Limited Warranty Program  will provide service protection for the period following the expiration of the manufacturer's default warranty, and continues until the end of the service contract. The Overam Extended Limited Warranty may be purchased as long as at least 90 days are left on the original manufacturer's warranty. That's up to 4 years of peace of mind, knowing that your repair costs will be covered if your notebook ever needs servicing. Within the Continental United States of America only.

Features : Wrap-Around Labor Protection : Extended service begins when the manufacturer's warranty coverage ends.

Total Control : Call-talking, problem diagnostics and service delivery all handled by our partner employees.

Priority Performance Guarantee : If the scheduled service call is not made within 2 business days, subject to parts availability, upon request, your warranty service contract will be extended for an additional month.

"No-Lemon" Product Replacement : If there are 3 repairs required for the same problem during the service contract term (after the manufacturer's default warranty has expired), the covered item will be replaced with like-kind of quality product.

Call-Talking Hours : 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Expert Service : With the Overam Extended Limited Warranty, expert service for your covered notebook is just a phone call away. If, for any reason, it becomes necessary for you to ship your covered product to designated repair center for a covered repair, you will be re-imbursed for shipping costs. All service will be performed by an authorized service during the service contract term.

Getting Coverage is Simple and Easy : To obtain a Overam Extended Limited Warranty Service Contract for your Notebook, simply select the 2, 3 or 4 Year Extended Warranty Service option when placing your on-line order. It's really that easy ! Keep in mind you can always purchase the coverage later, as long as there is at least 90 days before the manufacturer default warranty expires.

When your Coverage Begins : The Overam Extended Limited Warranty Service Contract coverage begins when the manufacturer's warranty expires. The Overam Extended Limited Warranty Service Contract covers both parts and labor and will replace the product if it is not repairable.
